The quality of our products is our main priority. Since the acquisition of our company by Burg Groep, immense technical changes have taken place at the factory: state-of-the-art and fully automated vinegar-making equipment has been installed, a new laboratory with sophisticated technology has been built, the storage capacity has been enlarged, and , first of all, a complete reconstruction of the production facilities has been carried out since, despite their historical value, they could no longer meet the demanding production hygiene and safety requirements.
All our products are manufactured in accordance with strict rules under the supervision of experienced personnel. Although most of the equipment is fully automated, supervision as well as regular scheduled inspections are necessary. We lay great emphasis on ensuring that our employees are aware of their responsibility, regular employee training and monitoring is therefore crucial. . We are happy that the majority of our personnel are long-time employees with abundant experience who consider the goodwill of the company a matter of the heart.
That we have chosen a correct path is also verified by independent certification authorities. In 2008, we completed the certification process according to the demanding BRC and IFS food standards, which we have been successfully renewing ever since.
